Laws that were enacted long before DeSantis and have been blocked by Republican legislators in other states when they have tried to enact them.

If Republicans had an argument that appealed to Massachusetts and California they could easily win those states. The point is why should rural votes count t more than suburban or urban votes do instead of the same?
