By this, the president has subverted the court & exercised that he's more powerful than the judiciary.
There is no right way to look at this 😂😂

This Psquare matter is funny to me because I can transfer every money in my account to my elder bro's account or my mom's account and I'll sleep in peace because I know it is safe.
As it is now, the children of Paul and the children of Peter cannot have a relationship. Ifvanything happens to one brother, the other brother will not step in for the bro's family.
How did it get so bad? I've never understood greed or why money should be valued above your relationship that you destroy what actually matters because of money.
Injury plagued Frenkie? You’re not a serious person!
Why can’t United go for the Rodri in the first place?
That’s how they let Rice and Kane go to Arsenal and Bayern..smh
It'll play out in either of two ways:
1. Women will dominate the low to mid-tier jobs which is like 80% of the job market. Men will hold the top 20.
The majority women who can't find a 'suitable man' because the jobs these men would have had have been given to women, will either stay single while spreading their cheeks for their bosses and the small pool of high status men, or they will settle for an 'undersirable man' who they earn more than.
But because women do not respect lower earning men and so cannot be faithful to them, they will still spread those cheeks for their bosses and the top 20% of men who earn more.
Since *MOST* women will be unable to find provider men to start families with, and women do not like to provide, marriage rates will decline, family formation will drop and birth rates will collapse. As a result, the work force will shrink and economies will suffer.
This btw, is already happening in East Asia and Western Europe, where fertility rates have fallen well below replacement level leading to demographic decline.
The last world cup featured for the first time, a Black man in the Japanese national team and far more blacks in European football teams than usual.
It wasn't random.
That trend will continue as East Asian and European countries run out of people and so open their borders to Africans to keep their countries running.
In this scenario, we will go back to ancient times where a relatively small number of high status men got all the bannies, and most men couldn't find a woman for themselves
2. Societies get enough of their feminist and women empowerment experiment, press the reset button and put women back in their place:
at home, giving birth and taking care of children.
Just like it has been for 99.99999999% of human existence.
Which ever way it plays out, I will win. I will marry one of the loves of my life (or 2... we'll see how it goes) have my harem on the side and raise sons who will also have harems. The rest of society will figure itself out
Or not.
A civilisation that demands it's men provide while systemically transferring the means of provision to women, is engineering it's own demise
Something just happened. The newspaper vendor that supplies the dailies to my neighbour walked up to me and said he had been looking to see me but I was unavailable. In my head, I was wondering "why me?"
He said he needed the balance of his son's fees in Yabatech. I asked him how much it was and gave him double so he could use the balance to take care of himself. He was just praying for me in Yoruba.
This is the pressure men are going through. Outsiders are not going to ask "what about his mother" or "what about your wife." You as the man is just expected to stand up to the responsibility. If you're my friend, I will ask because I don't even hide my stance of joint responsibility.
Anyway, the point I'm driving home is, if all the educational opportunities, scholarship, STEM support are going to the girl child, what is the fate of the boys? In extension, how are we neglecting boys and still expect them to carry the responsibilities as "man of the house?" Interestingly, the successful women still want a more successful man in a world where women are becoming more educated and successful.
This will tip the balance of society. More men are increasingly unmarried. More women are increasingly unmarried. More men are increasingly unable to meet their financial responsibility where more women have occupied the work force and even more if them are unwilling to share the financial responsibilities.
This is not a for or against post. I just want to see how society functions in 50 years time. Anyway, women said staying at home is harder than going to work. So maybe the men are choosing the "harder" job of staying at home. Interesting days lie ahead 🤷♂️
A bond trader in Frankfurt just discovered that a federal agency in Nigeria can freeze the entire accounts of a state, meaning the State can't repay bond coupons.
That same bond trader wants to offer an African bond to investors in Canada. Would he recommend a Nigerian bond? No.
Why?
Sovereign risk for Nigeria is high.
This is why Nigeria is struggling to attract FDI today. Nigeria is attracting expensive FPI.
Later, you will blame the CIA for self-inflicted wounds
Supporting Healthcare Education with My Visit to Ibadan’s Nursing Institution.
After attending the 50th/15th Biennial Conference of the Methodist Church, I proceeded to the College of Nursing Sciences, Oluyoro, Ibadan, where I interacted with the management and students of the institution.
I reiterated my belief that education remains one of the strongest foundations for building a better nation, especially in critical sectors such as healthcare. The training of competent healthcare professionals is essential to improving the quality of care and strengthening our national development.
In keeping with my earlier commitment to continually support the institution, I donated another ₦10 million to assist the College in its important work of training future nurses and healthcare professionals. This is part of my continued commitment to investing in education and supporting initiatives that contribute to Nigeria’s future.
I also encouraged the students to take their studies seriously, reminding them that nurses occupy a vital place in the healthcare system. Their skills, compassion, and dedication are needed not only in Nigeria but across the world. I urged them to pursue excellence, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and become worthy ambassadors of our country.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
These people just do whatever they like and nobody or no institution is saying “Hey, this shouldn’t happen in a democracy”.
How are you freezing a state’s account some days to their election because they’re opposition?
