@FathyKhalifaX@AmazonHelp Looks as though so many are having issues and yet they say they pride themselves on being the number one company. Just saw so many complaints and I would rather wait a bit extra and know I’m going to get it from somewhere else ! Amazon is so rubbish
@AmazonHelp I know what is happening , it was sent to the wrong distrubution centre. This doesn’t help me though does it , I have inboxed you profile on here with further details relating to this as it’s long.
@AmazonHelp I have had an order not delivered , contacting since the day of order on Tuesday and have been through 5 agents just tonight to see what is going on l it’s not okay . The delivery service used to be good but now it’s often dire.
@DroneStudio@liam43102@amazon Even when I’ve ordered things which say next day 7am til 1pm they haven’t been arriving even. Currently on day 2 and spoken to customer services each day . I am disabled and so rely on it and now I think I will rather be waiting it out and use a different service !
@jukie_blue@johnlewissuprt1@johnlewishelp Have you got it now ? I had 6 weeks of utter stress with them and only today got a refund but they use Royal Mail which seems to just be a complete nightmare for not delivering properly whjch was the issue I had and Royal Mail driver signed it !
@BeckyForsterr@JohnLewisRetail I had and though my situation had gone on for 6 weeks they have now refunded me . I was just passed back and forth and while in high stress and ongoing health problems I just didn’t need this at all. At least we have things sorted now eh.
@johnlewishelp How do I do this please ? I have some a case but they said as it says delivered on the tracking and there are elements which I have explained why I didn’t get it out of the bin but they don’t care l paypal sided with yourselves and I am out of pocket by £164 so not like a £2 !
@johnlewishelp I never received this and I have messaged you plenty and am getting nowhere . Also for potential customers the Royal Mail tracked only cover up£75 of loss and they put deliveries in a bin and fake that you got the order ! So I would recommend buying elsewhere
@johnlewishelp I need people to listen and cut the sending me in circles when I am not well and really don’t need it m nor do I need to lose £164 when it wasn’t my fault but nobody is taking accountability . PayPal said it needs to be you who contact Royal Mail to dispute it
@JohnLewisRetail Won’t ever order from John Lewis again . Such an awful way of delivering when you side with royal Mail even with evidence of a high cost item going in a BIN . nobody is helping and I want my money back . PayPal day that you need to open the dispute with Royal Mail .
@AskPayPal your PayPal protection is pointless. You side with a retailer when my parcel a smart watch costing £164 was put in a BIN and the Royal Mail driver signed for the
Ravel in my surname and put it in a bin. I didn’t get this parcel and still liable for the payment!
@johnlewishelp how much does John Lewis make every single year compared to how many customers you con and deceive amd simply add more stress and leave well out of pocket. £164 gone because Royal Mail put my parcel in a BIN . Driver signed for the parcel so that is fraud.
@JohnLewisRetail Hi , the thing is the safe space ( bin or alternate) hasn’t ever been used by any parcels with Royal Mail or any other amd the excuses keep coming .
@JohnLewisRetail accepting that a parcel has been delivered by parcel force when it was meant to be tracked and required a signature when it was actually left in a bin leaving me £164 out of pocket is not ok and nobody is taking accountability for this, I am fuming .
@JohnLewisRetail I haven’t used parcel force before and why leave a high value item in a BIN ? Surely you would as a reputable company make sure customers receive their items in a good manner and not have issues like this ? Is this really the service you want to be known for?
@dnwm_dbsgh@O2 If you don’t get anywhere put a formal complaint in and if not resolved within 8 weeks you can go to the communication ombudsman which is free and they will sort it out. Fingers crossed for you though
