@LayDominicana Absolutely. And I join with Catholics in criticism of those churches. I would just argue that the size of the clown shows don't necessarily represent the majority of Protestantism.
@LayDominicana Good example. I pastored in a small conservative Methodist Church. High on liturgy, very high view of the Sacraments. A Catholic woman came one Sunday with a friend of hers that was a member. Was shocked how high Church we actually were because of what her priest told her
@LayDominicana All of Protestantism is laser light shows and rock music. That all Protestants believe the Eucharist is only symbolic. Protestants don’t believe in repentance or know Church history. Just to name a few
Watching Catholics and Protestants strawman each other all day is just incredible. And they all fall right into each other's strawmen. Showing, neither of them actually know what they're side is supposed to believe
Strawmen and willful ignorance on topics are not the way those who are in Christ should debate. On both sides, all it shows is a lack of almost any Christian virtue
I'm not a Protestants that believes all Catholics are going to hell and all that. They definitely exist, not saying they don't. They're definitely wrong about that. So are Catholics that just write-off Protestantism without doing the very same thing they say Protestants are doing
