@n_crozier I feel your confusion. I’ve been trying to navigate it for several decades. I’m very satisfied to say that it caused enough confusion that nobody named anyone else after any other family members.

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@n_crozier When my husband (Matt) first met my aunt (Darlene) he was fascinated that she had 10 siblings. He asked if any of them were named Matt. Her response - they all are. It’s her maiden name.

@valacosa A few days ago at the grocery store someone not wearing a mask and within a metre of my husband, turned to him and enthusiastically showed her support for the price on pepperettes. So we spent like $300 on groceries and vowed never to go back there.

Joyce, your Closing piece got me sort of teary. Looking forward to a year when we can all get our long lost visit to Minneapolis. I don’t know if Minnesota would have saved me from the snow we got in Ontario this morning, but the company would have made up for it! #NODAC2020

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@Morgan_C_Ross When I was a teenager my classmates called me Becker’s as a nickname. I hated it, and I have no idea why.

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@__meganhuston @Noda_OTR Agreed! He came to greet me after Day 1. 😻

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

I’ve heard the word “global” so many times today - it makes my insides tingle! ❤️🌍❤️ Global Initiatives is currently recruiting committee members! #NODAC2020

@yourwusaVPOF @yourWUSA Umm. Re-rebrand fail. You didn’t capitalize the S’s. #FedSDIDthat #AprilFoolS

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@amyczhou You’re working too hard - even your laptop needed a vacation. A really long one.

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@deeseepri LOL!
Wroe 2020. I don’t think it’s worth buying.

[Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) @yourWUSA]

❗ UPDATE ❗ Federation of Students will soon be known as.... 🥁🥁🥁 the Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA)!

We're excited to rebrand to a name that better represents the students of UW:

@ServiceOntario @Amhranaiocht My renewal notice was sent to my childhood address (seems SO was not able to source my current address from my Drivers License or my DRs office or a recent hospital visit). I was left without OHIP coverage unknowingly for 1.5 months.

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@purpledcake Cross out the area around the address label and write “tenant moved” (and scribble the heck out of the address).

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@BrianKeithEllis Pressure seems to be out again in Vic/Westmount area, Saturday morning. How is this still an issue???

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@n_crozier Beverly Hills 90210, first season. There is a good deal of part drinking, and also “angry” drinking. One person winds up nearly drowning after drinking + surfing, and there is a good chunk related to teens in AA.

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@purpledcake We have a same problem with another tenant in a basement unit - the smell permeates up 2 flights of stairs. We use a Honeywell (not sure of model; about $400 at CT). Our cat used to experience asthma. It’s been gone since we started using it.

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

Good morning @UWaterloo, your WatSAFE app (which is awesome, btw!) still suggested the Uni is closed today if you don’t click on the closure notice and see that it’s yesterday.

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@n_crozier UVic closing for snow... that’s a crazy thing to think about!

[Becky Wroe @rlwroe]

@deeseepri Also, @MikeCimetta says he misses your personality. Apparently the rest of us provide him too much positive reinforcement.
