@AskPayPal I need resolution ...In using the PayPal App only, the £ symbol/function leads the user to only two other functions "Pay" or "Get Paid", if the user selects get paid. Instead of getting paid I paid a Non-Contact and they have not returned the payment.

@AskPayPal Are your employees competent? They said i uploaded an invalid tracking information and closed the case. It can be clearly seen that the tracking information is correct. Check it on 17Track website.

@AskPayPal I encountered an account limitation after months of not using your service. To resolve my case it's asking for things not applicable to my business (supplier purchase receipt when I am a service-based freelancer)

I claimed that it was a fraudulent payment with details

@AskPayPal answers: They don't have enough proof so they left the money with the scammer
