✅ if we reduce MR we may reduce SCD in FED/flail, but may be not in AMVP. Is AMVP also a cardiomyopathy?
✅pathologic MAD can be corrected surgically (annuloplasty/repair) and cannot be adressed with TEER-> higher mortality with TEER
