1. Who at the ECI approved the change to the online Form 6?
2- Who at ECI instructed TCS to make the change?
3. On what date was the instruction issued to TCS?
4. Did officer in the IT Division communicated the instruction to TCS? But on whose order , the instructions were given?
5. Who at TCS received that instruction?
6. Which TCS official approved the technical change?
7. Who conducted user -acceptance testing?
8. Who authorised deployment to the live ECINET portal?
9. What were the deployment date, time and server or change-log entries?
10. The change was not approved by the full three-member Commission. So who authorised it ?

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮 𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲.

ECI's own statutory Electoral Registration Officers had found 97 voters eligible after hearings. But ECINET did not provide them a functioning mechanism to reverse the earlier deletion.

Goa officials sent eight communications in seven days seeking the facility. The ECI's Deputy Election Commissioner specifically wrote to DG-IT Seema Khanna that the IT system could not block action required pursuant to the Supreme Court's directions.

The matter ultimately involved TCS, because the software functionality was controlled through the ECI's digital infrastructure.

Has the software architecture effectively constrained or overridden powers that election officials are supposed to exercise under election ?

Because of @IndianExpress investigation we have come to know Goa episode, there might be many instances like this one all over India where SIR was done .

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 ??

If two Election Commissioners had already recorded that the statutory Form 6 could not be altered without amending the Rules, under whose written authority was the altered Form 6 nevertheless put on ECINET? Who instructed TCS? Who at TCS approved it? Who authorised its deployment? And where is the audit trail?

पूरा देश वोट चोरी के खिलाफ़ गुस्से में है - मगर फिर भी BJP-EC की बेशर्मी देखिए कैसे खुलेआम वही किए जा रहे हैं।

कर्नाटक के बेलगावी में एक झटके में लगभग 15 हजार वोटरों के नाम मिटाने की साजिश चल रही थी।

सिर्फ़ तीन दिनों - 22, 23 और 24 सितंबर - में इतने नाम वोटर लिस्ट से हटाने के लिए Form 7 की बाढ़ आ गई।

और निशाने पर कौन? मुसलमान, SC, ST और OBC। क्योंकि इनमें से ज़्यादातर लोग BJP के खिलाफ वोट डालते हैं।

मैंने वोट चोरी के इस तरीके का पहले ही पर्दाफाश किया था - Centralized तरीके से software के जरिए वोट delete किए जाते हैं। "चुनिंदा" लोगों के खिलाफ BJP और EC के लोगों द्वारा मिलकर automated तरीके से थोक में Form 7 भरे जाते हैं - और देखते ही देखते लाखों वोटर लिस्ट से गायब हो जाते हैं। और ये सब ऊपर से नियंत्रित किया जाता है।

कर्नाटक कांग्रेस के नेता इस वक्त कर्नाटक CEO के दफ़्तर में इसके दोषियों के ख़िलाफ़ FIR की मांग कर रहे हैं। CEO इस FIR से मना क्यों कर रहे हैं?

इस तरह से मोदी, शाह और ज्ञानेश मिल कर SIR के ज़रिए लोकतंत्र को खत्म कर रहे हैं। ये देशद्रोह है।

इसलिए मैं कह रहा हूं ज्ञानेश कुमार को इस्तीफा दे कर approver बन जाना चाहिए, और मोदी शाह के खिलाफ जांच होनी चाहिए।

Delhi's Deputy CM and Minister, BJP's @p_sahibsingh slapped a young man merely for recording him while he was being questioned about broken roads and alleged corruption in their construction.

The citizen's hand held a phone. The minister's hand delivered a slap. That one frame captures the BJP perfectly. Unable to fix problems. Unable to answer questions. But very quick to raise a hand against the person recording the failure.

Parvesh Verma, do not mistake a security cordon for courage, a ministerial convoy for public respect or physical aggression for manhood. A minister who strikes an unarmed citizen while surrounded by security is not strong. He is a power-drunk bully terrified of accountability.

Failure after failure is hitting the BJP. Public anger is growing, and its leaders have no answer except intimidation and violence.

But remember this. Your security can shield you from citizens today. It cannot shield you from their verdict tomorrow.

The same people who gave the BJP power will throw it out through the ballot box.

Denying Telangana Chief Minister @revanth_anumula garu political clearance for his official US visit is becoming part of a disturbing pattern in how the Centre treats southern states.

His visit, much like mine last year, was in the state’s interest and the larger national interest. He was to engage with universities and pursue institutional partnerships.

The MEA’s explanation that the programme was “not appropriate” is shameful.

What exactly is inappropriate? Visiting leading universities and signing MoUs for your state?

Then what is appropriate? Arm-twisting every investment, institution and collaboration towards Gujarat and other BJP ruled states?

Last year, my official US delegation was denied clearance, only for the same itinerary to be approved once my name was removed. What should one make of it?

The Centre is merely paying lip service to cooperative federalism while treating southern states as second-in-line stakeholders.

The Ministry of External Affairs haven’t even replied to why I was denied permissions earlier.

MoShah’s agenda has always been clear: Viksit Gujarat, not Viksit Bharat.

I am tired of ministers, including the Prime Minister, repeatedly announcing that India will become a “developed nation” by this year or that year.

Stop announcing it. Build it.

Developed countries do not become developed because their politicians keep declaring that they are almost there. Development eventually becomes visible in ordinary life: good government schools, dependable public healthcare, safe cities, clean air and water, functioning municipalities, predictable laws, competent policing, speedy courts, reliable electricity, and infrastructure that does not begin crumbling before the government that inaugurated it has even left office.

And above all, create an environment where an ordinary person with an idea can start a business without spending half his energy navigating permissions, inspectors, paperwork, arbitrary rules and connections.

A developed nation is not a GDP projection or a deadline in a speech.

It is a country where systems work without requiring influence, bribery, jugaad or constant intervention from someone powerful.

Do that consistently for twenty years and nobody will need to announce that India has become developed.

People will know.
