@AmputationSuck Similar case, 4 yrs ago, ulnar occlusion hx 15 yrs ago hidden in records, partner did radial procedure without Barbeau test, pt lost thumb and index @SVRaoMD. I am 90% radial including STEMIs but Barbeau first
