Rogue NCPB Manager Exposed for Replacing Casual Workers with Family Members The National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) is under fire following allegations related to the actions of a manager based at one of its regional depots. This manager, who worked at the Donholm Silo Depot for over five years, has reportedly been engaging in actions that have left employees feeling mistreated and exploited. Sources claim the manager, who was recently reassigned, took advantage of their position by replacing non-permanent workers with family members. This move is said to have pushed out young, local workers who were hoping for stable employment. Such behaviour has sparked frustration among employees, who feel their chances for career progression have been blocked. Insiders fear that the manager will continue to exercise similar behaviour at their new post, where employees are urged to stay alert and resist any form of manipulation or exploitation. Calls have been made for NCPB's management, particularly the Human Resource team and Managing Director, to intervene and address these issues before the situation worsens. "Hello Cyprian. Please hide my ID. I kindly ask for your help in exposing a certain rogue manager in the National Cereals and Produce Board by the name Hellen Nzisa. She was the depot manager at Donholm Silo Depot regional offices and was later transferred this month after staying in that depot for more than 5 years. Secondly, she is the most corrupt manager with a PhD in the oppression of casual clerks, light and heavy duty employees there. I am a victim of this woman's oppression towards young youths who are given job opportunities by this parastatal to earn a living. But this lady makes things difficult for employees who are not permanently employed. She sucks the casual employees with no mistakes and replaces them with her relatives. Like me, I was replaced with her daughter, and my colleague, her sister’s daughter. Since those contracts have no names of the individual staff working there, I kindly request that you post this here for the public, management, and the managing director of the National Cereals and Produce Board to see, since reaching the MD is a difficult task, and also the human resource team. She should be warned because those are characters she is taking to the next depot that she is being transferred to. I hear she is moving to the Thika depot, so I kindly request those young employees who are in contract roles to play their roles wisely and speak up for themselves. Don't wait for a miser to oppress you and give job opportunities to her family members, because those are her traits. Unite for justice and call out her fishy and oppressive character because she is the worst and most corrupt manager in the whole parastatal. She has been transferred there after fighting so hard to be retained, but her plans hit the wall. So I kindly request the National Cereals and Produce Board management team to observe such characters of managers. Even after offering job opportunities to young youths, they should follow up with the human resource team and recall traits of such managers who ruin the reputation of such big parastatals and kill young youth careers and opportunities for family gain. Like in Thika, where she is moving, I understand they don’t know her, but at least I have given a hint of her, so the management should be careful and observe her traits, especially now she is moving to a new depot. Observing her will be easy."
