नेता कौन होता है?

नेता वही होता है जिसका नाम चुनावी शिलालेख पर उकेरते ही सियासत जिंदा हो जाए. आप देख लीजिए, बांकीपुर विधानसभा उपचुनाव में प्रशांत किशोर की उम्मीदवारी के ऐलान भर से ही समूचे बिहार की सियासत यकायक जीवंत हो गई है. अगर वे चुनाव जीत गए तो फिर बिहार के सियासत की तस्वीर क्या होगी, अंदाज़ा लगाइए.
अंदाजा "दिलचस्प" ही होगा.

नीतीश कुमार की बढ़ती उम्र, गिरते स्वास्थ्य और इस्तीफे के बाद उनके दिल्ली प्रवास के बीच बिहार की सियासत सुस्त मालूम पड़ रही थी. हालांकि सार्वजनिक मंचों पर नए सम्राट का शासकीय ऐलान जारी था. इस बीच सम्राट सरकार के गठन के बाद पनपता आपसी द्वेष भी जगजाहिर हो ही रहा था कि आरा में भरत तिवारी हत्याकांड के प्रकरण ने बिहार की इस सुस्त सियासत का धागा नोच दिया और सम्राट शासन की बतकही वाले सुशासन का पोल भी खोल दिया.

प्रशांत किशोर वहां भी नजर आए थे,
नेता के तौर पर सबसे पहले कैमरे पर छाए थे.
याद कर लीजिए, भरत तिवारी के घर प्रशांत के होकर आने के बाद ही बिहार की सियासत जागी थी. न्यायिक आयोग में नियुक्ति भी तब हीं हुई और 'जाति' वाली सियासत का आगाज भी तभी हुआ. नेता वही करता है जो प्रशांत किशोर करते हैं. मुद्दों को मशाल देता है.

बाकी बांकीपुर से प्रशांत किशोर की उम्मीदवारी अभी समर शेष वाली कहानी है. 30 जुलाई को उपचुनाव होना है, सब को हारना है क्योंकि कोई एक ही जीतेगा.
बीजेपी ने अबतक उम्मीदवार नहीं उतारा है, चर्चा है कि कोई कायस्थ खेमे से होगा. बाकी बड़े चेहरे के तौर पर अबतक प्रशांत ही अव्वल आए हैं, कांग्रेस के समर्थन की भी बात है. राजद के खेमे में कोई खास हलचल है नहीं, शायद तेजस्वी छुट्टी मनाने यूरोप गए हैं और वैसे भी 2025 विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद बतौर नेताप्रतिपक्ष बिहार के मुद्दों पर तेजस्वी की खासा मौजूदगी भी दिखती है नहीं. संभव है कि प्रशांत को उनका भी समर्थन रहे या नहीं तो कोई उम्मीदवार रहे.

बात जो भी हो, उपचुनाव का परिणाम भी चाहे जो भी हो, एक बात तय है कि बांकीपुर से अपने उम्मीदवारी भर से ही प्रशांत किशोर ने बता दिया है कि वे ही नए बिहार के असल नए नेता हैं. नेता वो जो लड़ने निकला है. किले को भेदने और समीकरणों की कड़ियों को तोड़ने निकला है.

बाकी जल्द बांकीपुर की टोह लेने निकलेंगे लेकिन फिलहाल तो जितनो को सुन रहे हैं उससे यही समझ रहे हैं कि बांकीपुर में लोगों ने फुसफुसाना शुरू कर दिया है कि इस बार नहीं हड़बड़ाना है, गड़बड़ाना नहीं है.
बाकी वही बात कि प्रशांत किशोर का ये शोर कुछ करे न करे, माहौल तो बदल ही देता है.

Family Distressed After Death of Indian Seafarer on Board Vessel, Allegations of Non-Cooperation Against Company!

The family of an Indian seafarer is facing growing distress following his death at sea. According to information received, Nishant, who was serving in the capacity of Second Officer, allegedly died due to viral fever on board the vessel MT Celestial Sea. However, the family has alleged that they have not received adequate information from the company since the incident.

According to the family members, they received a phone call from the vessel informing them of Nishant's death. However, despite several attempts to contact the company's officials thereafter, they have not received any satisfactory response. The family further alleges that they have not been clearly informed about the circumstances surrounding the death or what arrangements are being made to bring the mortal remains back to India.

Meanwhile, some sources associated with the vessel have claimed that adequate cold storage or freezer facilities are not available on board to preserve the body. Based on certain photographs received by the family, concerns have been raised regarding serious challenges in preserving the mortal remains. However, these claims could not be independently verified.

At present, the family is awaiting detailed information from the concerned authorities and the company.

Crew is using cold water bottles in a desperate attempt to slow decomposition — a horrifying and health-risking situation.
Despite repeated distress calls, timely medical evacuation was reportedly delayed amid regional tensions. FSUI and the captain are urgently demanding body preservation/repatriation, crew support, and full investigation into the response failures.
RIP Nishanth. Deepest condolences to his family and crew. Authorities must act immediately.
