CJI is finding faults with the legal system which appointed him as CJI. Had any such system existed he would have never been CJI. The common law system UN system, coupled with CPC, IPC, Evidence Act, Contract Act etc. made India a modern nation. He still loves feudal system!

India falls short of governing nation based on "rule of law". Growing are tendencies of enacting laws purported to provide relief to category of aggrieved citizens but such laws protect perpetrators of white collar crimes. RERA 2016 isn't exception which only protect builders.

Quota system in medical oxygen supply seems to be penalize states other than political party at center. That is, deaths in states not ruled by central ruling party. What kind of politics? Pushing to all Indians to death if you are living in political opponents?

@PMOIndia RERA claims it protect home buyers, but its Authority protects only builders. Under no law a builder can increase super area booked as per Allotment Letter. But if builder does so all allottees must join to claim refund u/s 12, 18(1)(a), 19(4), & lodge FIR.

Never in the human history certainty of death could have been seen on the faces of all ages of people. Who will get, when & how, contracted by new Corona strains and lnvite death is unpredictable. Medical Science is inefficient to manage & control spread of Corona variant strains

Innovative technologies need to be developed to kill microscopic viruses.Where is "mumkin" gang? Handling of Corona infected cases & preventing death is traditional way. Innovative way could be to kill in air itself to avoid spread of changing strains of Corona virus pandemic.

@PMOIndia, @rsprasad RERA is right in rem, so should special modes of settlement. Need to exclude admissibility of settlement deeds under Order XXI Rule 2, as Builders are misusing. Without approval of AO of terms of settlement strictly as per s 18(1)(a), 19(4), no validity.

@PMOIndia, Invested entire pensionary benefits in housing project. Over Rs.58 lakh paid in 2010. Neither flats nor refund & compensation u/s 18(1)(a) & 19(4) of RERA 2016 or FIR u/s 154 CrPC. Legal right denied by corrupt govt authorities.Effective recovery needs link RERA & CrPC

@AmitShahOffice in Feb 2021 approched Delhi Police to write FIR u/s 154 of CrPC. EO/IO refused to lodge FIR. Over Rs.58 lakh is paid to builder, & AO UP-RERA order Rs. 31 lakh as compensation. Need refund u/s 18(1)(a) of RERA 2016, Delhi Police saves fraudulent builder. Help plz

@PMOIndia. Are 2nd wave Corona-19, making ease of life or impossible to live of vulnerable citizens. Proof is missing that Covid victims were not wearing mask. People aren't convinced that mask & sanitation eliminate Corina virus from air! Think air sanitisation at national level

Corona is taking lives of human beings? Before human could understand character of mutant variant virus taking lives, it changes its form. Human beings cannot be ahead big virus? Result - more deaths, may be half population of world die in next 5 years without any medicine.

Where is India heading? With abolition of punishment under at least six laws - Cos Act, RERA, IBC, NPAs, lowest interest, Lakhs of Cores debt to 100s Cos, etc. India sent message that it is heaven for Cos who ecpert cheaters, fraud etc. Not a single company is penalised by govt!
