@virginmedia having been a customer of VM and even NYNEX, never had a problem until resent drops in Mbs. Told VM would send new 4th Router in an effort to resolve but still not received the router. Only get 14mbs in the bedroom of my bungalow yet told everything’s ok
@cbeades@virginmedia It’s like hitting your head against a brick wall, if it intermediate then it’s the router simple. Wouldn’t mind but been with the when it was NYNEX
@virginmedia I think of what I have informed you in all these texted messages, the 3 phone calls. The rebooting the router. Being informed that a new router would be sent was enough complying. DONT YOU
@virginmedia No I’m not ringing them again and trying to understand someone in Delhi. I informed the 3 times now so they are in breach of T/C they stated that I would receive a 4th generation router but it hasn’t arrived
