Glad to hear you got it in the end and some common sense prevailed that you didn’t have to line up again from end of queue for collection but gosh, so many hours spent in line ☹️. Sounds like you have to wait for that email confirming.

And how did you go with collection today, did you have to wait long or was there another queue for collection only? Thanks so much, in same boat 😔
