@British_Airways flight 0487 has been delayed from 20.40 to 5 am, you are saying that we should head to the airport 3 hours ahead of the original flight time. Are you seriously suggesting I take a pregnant woman and an eight year old, to potentially lie on a floor for 12 hours?
@Brit_ishAirways You just cancelled the flight to barcelona after a two hour delay. This js the second time you do this to us in one summer. Never again shall I fly with you, even if it costs me double.
@British_Airways Again disgraceful performance. From the absolute shenanigans at the end of May with your IT systems melting, to today again an announcement at the gate saying flight is delayed, don’t know why and don’t know when we will board.
@SydneyAirport I hope this time around you are prepared for the school holidays break! You know what happened in easter ;) , so I am assuming you have prepared in advance for 2,5 months now for the floods of people you will receive both in the International and Domestic terminals
@dfat I have applied for my passport more than 8 weeks ago. You are not replying to phone calls or responding to the email as advised in other posts. I am to travel soon, what can I do to get a reply on my passport??!
@Pestily I would not hold hope guys for your funds/orders. They look like declaring bankrupcy, banks would have the first bite of anything remaining. Anyone else would be lucky to receive pennies on the dollar
@Qantas just called you guys today. You had cancelled my flights a month ago and the operator said I had to request a refund, despite the cancellation email saying I would receive it shortly. This is ridiculous. How many people are missing out this way?

@Telstra Still no update, coming on a full day without internet or TV, as I am in cable Foxtel by Telstra does not work either. I am assuming Telstra would be crediting customers for the outage?
@Telstra Internet and cable outage since 10pm last night in Cremorne and still not fixed. Website keeps saying fix time to be confirmed. When exactly will it be fixed?
