@IRCTCofficial, thanks to the punctual service. We were supposed to reach Ahmedabad by 2.30 PM by 22953 train, and here we are not even crossed Vadodara. Expected ETA at 5.45 PM.

@AmexIndia I have been using axex card from 2019 & recently your KYC team cancelled my card due to lack of KYC documents. This results in forfeiting of more than 1,25,000 reward points. Ur customer care have no clue, request you to revive my card and points.

The shittiest car company @TataMotors , doesn’t have spares for its own cars. My EV is in their wasan motor workshop since 16 may. And still they say it’ll take weeks before I get it back as the company doesn’t have spares. It’s such a loss to waste money on fuel after buying EV.

@TataMotors since when do EV cars need gear oil replacement? For which I’m being charged 3k at the very second service.
Also, the brakes in tata Nexon 2.0 are very shitty, literally doesn’t work when it’s needed the most.

And the car is never washed after the service, while i saw a car at the showroom was being washed while I was the the service center. Does this mean @TataMotors is only interested in selling the cars and have zero focus on service. Regret moving from @HyundaiIndia Venue to Nexon

@AxisBank I’ve been trying to get some basic documents related to a closure of car loan. but somehow in this age of digitisation, I’m asked to visit the loan center which I’ve done multiple times.

@cars24india worst experience dealing with cars24…I missed some of my personal stuff in the car, which I’m trying to recover since a month now…I get no update on that, and all I get is calls for NOC etc. recommend not dealing with them and rather exchange the car for a new one
