@ServiceNSW Fixed! Apparently there were missing details to the license such as email, phone etc?? It would be useful if the process could highlight these exceptions.

Trying to add my daughters drivers licence to @ServiceNSW app. The service counter says to call. I called! Was told there was an outage with some licences that they were trying to fix. I told an hour or two! Weeks later it’s still spinning??? More than an outage!!

@ServiceNSW Tried all that several times! Just spins! Tried via app, webpage…logging in and out several times. Tried via the suggested NSW vechicle registration bypass! Tried different phones!No avail…so far. She will call again Tuesday!!
