@RichBuckheit If you are Director of Recruitment in a small school and do not know who is coming to your school how do you justify your $125k salary? If you’re the coach, and HS kids are transferring in, you’re breaking the rules. How can you do both?
I’m confused…”In addition to a $10,000 coaching stipend, Boff earns $125,000 as College Achieve’s Director of Recruitment and Development.”
Which job is being done incorrectly? How are you the Director of Recruitment and not have a hand in kids coming from other HS?
A new N.J. super team is destroying its small-school opponents. Critics are calling foul.
The story behind College Achieve Asbury Park's meteoric rise out of nowhere, on the strength of elite transfers and a top coach. Here's how they did it:

@RichBuckheit Correct - this issue is in the very first line of the by law. If you are recruiting kids prior to HS that is allowed. However, in this case there were multiple student athletes who transferred from another HS in which recruiting is not allowed.
“We played 10 guys tonight. Everyone comes in and contributes. I’m proud of the way they’ve started the season, but it has to continue.”
- Pitman Head Coach Ron Myers is taking it one game at a time, downs Burlington City 69-44. 🏀
