@thetrainline I rang your contact centre to change a booking ( I wanted to change to an earlier train) and your advisor charged me the change fee then changed it to the wrong day. She then cancelled the tickets and told me to rebook! Please refund my charges.
@thetrainline Thank you. PLEASE make sure no one cancels my new booking ! I just want my money back for the changes that I was charged for and subsequently done wrong by your staff, despite me saying 3 times I just want to travel home same day, on the earlier train.
@thetrainline So now I’ve paid for brand new return booking AND ive been charged to change tickets I no longer have ! I’ve never had such terrible customer service from a company and I literally spend £1000s on your website booking trains. 🤦♀️
@thetrainline I asked the CSA to change my return ticket to come back on the SAME DAY (15th) on 11.27 train and she changed it to 16th despite me clearly asking for same day. She charged me £32.30 to do it.when I pointed out the error she made, she cancelled my booking & told me to rebook 😤
@thetrainline I originally booked a return from Hartlepool to London and phoned to change the return. The operator changed it to the completely wrong day. Once I pointed this out, she cancelled my tickets and I’ve had to rebook and pay again. She also charged me for the incorrect changes.

She presided over a policy of harassing hundreds of innocent people. It’s not just that the Government hasn’t asked her to return it. What’s even worse is that despite knowing the strength of feeling about it, how people have suffered and some cases died on her watch – she doesn’t feel inclined to give it back.”
Alan accepted a @PrideOfBritain award in 2023.

@HCFEprincipal Having been brought up “down south” I was amazed when I moved to the north east and it didn’t have the same rail infrastructure I was used to. I came from a town where there were trains to London every 10 mins. It’s a huge barrier to work when you don’t drive or can’t afford to!
Hi @jet2tweets I’m trying to change my flights via your website and mobile app, and both haven’t been working for 2 weeks. Every time I try I get this message. Your call centre has massive wait times, fix it please
