@TomDNaughton I am in good health and have had a headache every single day since getting covid. Maybe I'll have a stroke too, who knows...I definitely wouldn't dismiss covid effects and anything absolutely mild. I'll challenge your anecdotal opinion vs my anecdotal experience!
Bacterial pneumonia & influenza have vanished
Potential issues with false positive COVID
Financial incentives for COVID diagnosis
What does that tell you?
@DoctorTro@rgoncas bilateral groundglass opacities alone do not diagnose on the CT, the report usually says something like "cannot exclude viral PNA" and to correlate with the clinical presentation. The symptoms of people coming to the hospital are very similar, come see the acute stuff firsthand
THE PROFIT IS IN THE PROCESSING
Here’s their plan:
1) Realize that selling whole foods barely provides a profit
2) Instead, take the whole food and process it by adding sugar, refined grain, and veg oil
3) Make 10x profits
4) Use that money to brainwash the masses with
Well, he's right about the obesity and he's right about the sugar. We'll give him two out of four.

Let's note two good things about the Dietary Guidelines report:
1. proposed drop of cap on sugar from 10% down to 6%.
2. no re-introduction of caps on cholesterol despite efforts by expert committee to bring them back
The rest is pretty much the status quo 1/
Medical Elite & Food Police minions claim that avocados, fish & olive oil are "heart-healthy" because they are dominantly monounsaturated fat, BUT demonize red meat (beef, lamb) also dominantly monounsaturated fat.
What's wrong with these people?
So, I have been a patient advocate for years. Some things I believe as a physician and as a human: 1. People are inherently worthy, 2. We need to stop blaming people for their disease (far too often still occurs with obesity and T2D) 3. Medicine does not have all the answers
Current Guidelines also fail to meet nutrient goals, meaning that if you follow them perfectly, you will not meet basic needs for growth and health. The 2015 DGA report said they fell short on potassium, vitamin D, vitamin E, choline. #DelaytheDGA https://t.co/bHxvKsLsjm
Today we're teaming up with nutrition groups to call for a delay in the Dietary Guidelines expert report. Millions of Americans depend on the Guidelines-- they are too important to be based on flawed, biased science. Join us in using the hashtag #DelayTheDGA starting at 11am EST!
Of course people of good will strive to achieve this goal. We won't get there if we cling to poorly-based policy & ignore data. #DelayTheDGA until the expert committee has adequate time to examine ALL the science. @USDA@HHSGov@HouseAgDems@HouseAgGOP@SenateAgGOP@SenateAg
The US DGAs are due any day now, despite the food industry conflicts, despite ignoring the totality of the science on weight loss (low carb esp.) and all the recent reviews on saturated fat.
They need to be done properly and independently, or not at all. #DelaytheDGA
Intermittent fasting can protect against cancer, obesity, diabetes and even Alzheimer's, found this small study. Significant changes in relevant proteins seen in only 30 days. https://t.co/Jpse5p6WPI
