Superset is now Paradev: The code editor that helps engineers run armies of coding agents.
We just raised an $11.5M Seed round led by @usv with @ycombinator to redefine how software is written.
I haven’t touched Claude Code or Codex CLI in a while.
The terminal era is over imo. It's the wrong interface for coding agents. Tabs are ephemeral, but context is persistent, and managing 30 tabs is pure cognitive overhead.
I don’t really need an IDE like Cursor either. I rarely navigate the whole codebase anymore.
The new primitive is the agent, not the file.
(Codex desktop app is the best agentic UI for now. But we’re still early.)
Had a similar issue with Codex. I asked it to edit/remove parts of a project memory, but it cited a different memory and never actually edited the files, no matter how many times I pointed it out. I’d expect this more from Claude, so I was surprised to see it with GPT models.
Anthropic is so worthless man.
If I can't tell a model 'fuck you' (a normal thing to say when the $200/m thing refuses a low-risk task) then we are not even remotely fucking close to AGI.
"wait but the model has feewings and does better if you say 'I believe in you'!" -- I'm talking to a fucking computer. You are pond scum.
@IKorovinsky@archiexzzz hey this book covers everything we need to know about model inference from both product and engineering perspectives, but what would you suggest for gaining practical, hands-on experience with inference engineering?
We have reset usage limits for all Codex and ChatGPT Work users.
Last night around 2am to 4am we suffered an almost global outage. All well and recovered, but you know what comes next.
We learn. We reset. Enjoy.
@Yoonothing_ start attending interviews first. Once you start reaching the final rounds consistently, you can put in your notice. I waited until I'd reached the final round in about 4–5 interviews before resigning. continued interviewing during my notice period and eventually landed a job.
