@ACHelpTeam Working car given to @ArnoldClark for recall work- I get back car that doesn’t even start- Arnold Clark denies all responsibility. Several calls, emails even to your CEO -no help. Branch threatened me repeatedly to move car or they impose £25/day hence forced to tow car today

@ArnoldClark even after requesting your UK main office, I still haven’t received a satisfactory resolution for bad car service received from your Glasgow branch which has left the car unusable adding costs over the last 5months. The Motor Ombudsman will be looking into this case
