@ChrisEconomist You don't mention the primary reasons. Out of control government spending and increasing money supply far faster than economic output. This extra spending of people's own capital on capital assets will have minimal impact.

@tompanos Rubbish. Our property is at least 25% too expensive. While a drop will result in some pain in resetting, it will create a fairer future for those who still have to buy - typically younger people. We should have thought this through before setting the policies that caused this.
