@HMRCcustomers why does it take 45 minutes on hold to speak to a operator this morning who then hangs up on my friend when we still have questions to ask??? Asking about tax code! Very rude customer service agent.. he ended call 7 minutes ago without saying ‘anything else’ ?

@HMRCcustomers The call was not lost… your Indian agent deliberately hung up at 12pm..after waiting 45 min! I am acting as a agent for a Romanian lady who’s tax code is all over the place in last year.. tried to create log in onlinebut system will not accept her passport… very frustrating…
