15yr old Shorthorn,grass fed, not 10 miles from where I bought it and where it is now cooking. We are 5hrs in at 140 for this slow roast. Sustainable meat as it should be. Thanks Rob @RoastMutton2 @landscapecareer

@RaqdelRaquel Testing a set up similar but less ice packs. The wool can be composted and the plastic bag recycled. I am playing with the idea of sending a prepaid parcel envelope and then the insulation can be sent back and reused the on second and third orders! Seen similar things done in US
