Ummm @metrotrains why is it that every time there’s bus replacements on the Pakenham line it turns into a shitshow? A 7 carriage train every 10 minutes does not equal 1 bus every 15 minutes… an hour journey is now pushing 3.

@Uber_Australia hey guys, I just had to wait 25 minutes in gale force winds because a driver that was 1 minute away initially went 3 suburbs away, requested a new driver and it took 11 minutes to get to me. I can’t find any record of that first driver who accepted to complain

What the fuck is with Rideshares at the moment, I’ve been waiting for 30 mins outside my house to have multiple drivers cancel on me and now I’m late. Fuck this. I rely on it because public transport in Melbourne is shit

@Brodhe I went through this a couple of months ago. I had 8 inspections penciled in for one day and 6 of them cancelled last minute. We had one last minute inspection that we went to and ended up in said place. Best of luck!
