@Se_Railway At this point wouldn’t it be better to get humans with signs to do the signals? Just beyond ridiculous now. I hope you guys are happy to pay the additional child minding costs?
@Se_Railway How in 2025 are we STILL having signalling issues. I’ve had to get an alternative train to Kidbrooke and get picked up in a car from there adding an extra over an hour to my journey.
@Se_Railway why is the heating off AGAIN on your trains? On the 6.20 Orpington to Charing Cross. This has become a joke! Stop trying to save money, we pay enough for a comfortable journey.
@Se_Railway They put a message out saying it’s broken. This was the same problem last week and the week before. How long before it’s fixed please? Or will we be getting partial refunds ?
@Se_Railway 3 out of 5 days the 6.20am Orpington to London Bridge train hasn’t had heating on including right now. It’s so cold on the train I can see my breath. Can you sort this out now once and for all? Customers should not have to deal with this.
@Se_Railway no heating on your trains in the middle of winter at 6.20am on the Orpington to Charing Cross service, almost every day. You want to half your selling price for this cost cutting?
@OctopusEnergy I’m sorry but when did paying almost £200 a month for energy become normalised? We used just barely the heating we needed and still had to wear jumpers and use duvets this month. Can’t wait for next month’s bill to be equally as awful. What a country.
@OctopusEnergy Surprise surprise @OctopusEnergy are not reversing their decision, they have double downed and they have raised a complaint. Guess who will be managing this complaint….The person who originally sent the us the bill. Great company.
We’ve been hit with a backdated bill from @OctopusEnergy for a year ago, despite paying on time. Anyone else had similar issues? How is this fair? We will be taking this to the Energy Ombudsman.
