What is causing this delay?

On August 19, 2024 I had a contact lenses exam at @MyEyeDr in Oxon Hill, MD. The staff placed an order for my year supply of contact lenses.

A month later I still have not received my lenses. Has anybody experience delays of over 30 days getting their contact lenses at #MyEyeDr?
