There is absolutely no indication that the former Secretary of State has any knowledge about Epstein, despite her husband's associations with him. As Democrats have said time and again, we don't care who is implicated in the files. Release them all and let the chips fall where they may.

Clinton urged Comer to make himself “worthy of the trust the American people have given you.”

She further accused Republicans of conducting their sham investigation in such a way that it is clearly "designed to protect one political party and one public official."

"A committee run by elected officials with a commitment to transparency would ensure the full release of all the files," she said.

There is a simple way to cut through all of this noise and finally get the full truth before the American people. Release the Epstein files and prosecute everyone who is implicated in them. Focusing on the Clintons is the last ditch effort of a White House desperate for a distraction. It won't work.

The Warsaw Summit 2021 – zjazd sojuszników Putina

4 grudnia 2021 roku w Warszawie odbył się spektakl, który przeszedł do historii polskiej polityki zagranicznej jako jeden z najbardziej haniebnych epizodów rządów Prawa i Sprawiedliwości. Pod szyldem „The Warsaw Summit” Jarosław Kaczyński i Mateusz Morawiecki ugościli grono polityków, których partie przez lata czerpały polityczne i finansowe wsparcie z Kremla.

Na zdjęciach z tego spotkania widzimy Jarosława Kaczyńskiego ramię w ramię z Viktorem Orbánem i Marine Le Pen. Orbán już wtedy blokował unijne sankcje na Rosję, regularnie jeździł do Putina i nazywał go „strategicznym partnerem”. Le Pen w 2014 roku wzięła rosyjski kredyt na kampanię, a jej partia przez lata powtarzała kremlowskie tezy o „naturalnej strefie wpływów Rosji” na Ukrainie. Obok nich pojawili się przedstawiciele Ligi Matteo Salviniego i innych ugrupowań z tzw. frakcji Identity and Democracy – środowiska, które w Europie nazywano już wtedy „Putinternem”.
Donald Tusk nie owijał w bawełnę, oskarżył PiS o zdradę stanu. I miał ku temu solidne podstawy.

W 2019 roku sam Jarosław Kaczyński mówił wprost: partia Marine Le Pen „jest oczywiście powiązana z Moskwą i otrzymuje z niej wsparcie”. Dwa lata później ten sam Kaczyński zaprasza Le Pen na wspólne zdjęcia i wspólne oświadczenia. Co się zmieniło? Nic w postawie Le Pen. Zmieniła się tylko sytuacja PiS, partia potrzebowała każdego głosu w walce z Unią Europejską o bezkarność dla neo-sędziów i immunitet polityczny dla własnej władzy.

"The Warsaw Summit", nie był spotkaniem „konserwatystów broniących suwerenności”. To była próba stworzenia eurosceptycznego bloku, w którym najgłośniejsi gracze sympatyzowali z Putinem lub przynajmniej nie widzieli problemu w jego neoimperialnej polityce. W momencie, gdy na granicy z Białorusią trwała już hybrydowa wojna Łukaszenki i Kremla, PiS zamiast budować jedność prozachodnich państw regionu, organizował zjazd ludzi, którzy tę wojnę bagatelizowali lub otwarcie wspierali rosyjską narrację

Efekt był dokładnie taki, jakiego można się było spodziewać. Kreml dostał darmową propagandę. „patrzcie, nawet w Polsce, najbardziej antyrosyjskim kraju regionu, władza spotyka się z naszymi przyjaciółmi”. To osłabiało pozycję negocjacyjną Polski w NATO i UE w kluczowym momencie.
Gdy niespełna trzy miesiące później rosyjskie czołgi ruszyły na Kijów, nagle cała ta „przyjaźń” stała się niewygodna. Orbán blokował sankcje, Le Pen minimalizowała agresję, a PiS zaczął udawać, że nigdy nie miał z nimi nic wspólnego. Ale zdjęcia istnieją. Deklaracje istnieją. Wspólne konferencje prasowe istnieją.

Warszawski Szczyt 2021 nie był pomyłką. Był logiczną konsekwencją polityki PiS. Najpierw podporządkowanie interesu narodowego partyjnej walce z „Targowicą brukselską”, potem coraz głębsze sojusze z każdym, kto tę walkę podziela, nawet jeśli ten ktoś ma konto w Gazprombanku albo marzy o nowym Jałcie.

"The Warsaw Summit 2021" był zjazdem sojuszników Putina w samym sercu NATO i Unii Europejskiej, za ten zjazd Polska zapłaciła, i wciąż płaci, bardzo wysoką cenę w utraconym kapitale zaufania, osłabionej pozycji międzynarodowej i moralnej kompromitacji na arenie, na której kiedyś byliśmy liderem oporu wobec Kremla.
