@Orange_conseil On Friday, I bought a Travel eSIM from an Orange store in the International Arrivals area of CDG airport. I received no confirmation email or documentation. My battery died and, when my phone rebooted, I was asked for a passcode. I’m now locked out and need a PUK. Please help!

@Uber I cancelled my UberOne membership the day before it was scheduled to renew, but I see that I was charged anyway. I also see that there is no easy way to address this issue via the contact information on your website. Not cool. How do you plan to fix this?

@porterairlines Looking at flight options for a family vacation this Fall. When I search via Google, several options are cheaper than booking directly with Porter (see below). Why is that? Is there any reason not to buy through them? (Serious question.)

@AdobeCare I work on 3 different computers, and must activate and deactivate CC so I can switch from one device to another. On two of them, I have no problem. The third gives me grief because Acrobat does not prompt me with a dialog box - it just locks me out. Can you help?
