Well here we are again @SFHFT back in A&E. Similar experience. Slow paced working, little sense of urgency, seems un-coordinated, absence of leadership. The culture is all wrong. Just a 5-10% improvement in speed and efficiency would make such a difference. @LeeAndersonMP_

@SFHFT I’m sat with my wife in A&E. I’m sad to see some patients in the corridor. Meanwhile there’s an army of staff that mainly work steadily and do not give the impression of an efficient team. I noticed this “how did we do” on the wall….the link doesn’t work. #inefficient

@LarcombePeter @JTibballs @GBNEWS I sat and watched for 7 hours. I’ve observed various times as an inpatient too. There is a lack of pace, coordination, urgency and focus. Patients are not treated like customers who’s time is valuable. It is like they are expected to be eternally grateful for poor service.

@JTibballs @GBNEWS The inefficiency and lack of accountability is scandalous. Separate management chains for so many things. The whole system needs to be ripped up and started again. The answer is not more money, it’s efficiency. There’s massive scope to pay higher wages if there was less waste.
