i’ve been quiet for a few days.
i acquired a controlling stake in a NASDAQ-listed company. $4.8M market cap, trading at $0.12/share with a crazy 92.3% short interest. $6.2M in debt against $380K ARR, everyone thinks its dead
it cost me $1,800,000 for 37.4% of the total shares. bought OTC over 3 weeks through two brokers so the I didn’t spike the price
i’m tokenizing the equity on Robinhood chain - then i’m pairing a memecoin with the tokenized stock
this isn’t apple or nvidia, nor even GME (which is $8B, impossible to make an effect)
this is a $4.8M penny stock with 92.3% short interest
if onchain volume creates even $500K in buy pressure on the underlying stock, that’s a massive move on a $4.8M company. $2M in buy pressure is a even more. and with 92.3% short interest, any pump triggers a squeeze
the memecoin community doesn’t need to buy the stock directly, they buy the memecoin, which is paired with the tokenized stock
volume on the memecoin flows into the tokenized stock. the tokenized stock is backed 1:1 by the real equity. demand onchain = demand on NASDAQ
this will be the biggest crossover story in financial history, memecoins x nasdaq
more details soon,
this is either the most insane thing anyone’s ever done in crypto
or the most insane thing anyone’s ever done in tradfi
Honestly I didn’t expect to care about another Solana ticker.
Then I sat with $MADE for more than thirty seconds and it stopped feeling like the usual AI costume. SelfMade by SP3ND is just a machine trying to get paid and buy parts. People trade the token. Fees show up. It uses SP3ND to actually purchase hardware. The kind of spend you can point at, not a “strategic reserve” tweet.
They keep saying the same thing without dressing it up: earn enough to build its own body. Honestly its a little unhinged. But its also the most concrete pitch I’ve heard in this whole agent wave.

The token is fuel. That’s not a gotcha. Engines run on fuel.
If this keeps turning attention into machines, $MADE is sitting on the right side of a trade Solana was built for. Agents that can move money and touch the real world without twelve middlemen.
I’m bullish on that.
Not in a “10x by Friday” way. In a “this is one of the only versions of the AI-agent story that has receipts” way. Everyone else is still workshopping the lore. This one’s trying to grow a body out of trading fees and checkout links.
If you’re choosing between another coin that only exists in the timeline and one that’s attempting to turn volume into hardware, I know which one I’m watching.

Its the early days for sure, but it’s not empty. Holders showed up and volume’s been real. Fees already in the tens of thousands depending when you glance at it. A few GPUs online and another on the way.
I don’t need it to be finished. I need it to keep doing the thing it said it would do, out in the open. I like that they don’t talk like a brand deck. If a purchase doesn’t make the setup stronger, it doesn’t happen. Price can do whatever price does. Another card coming online is the actual scoreboard.

We crossed $100k in customer spend in August, x4 increase from July! 🎉
Followed by a 3x in number of orders, with leading categories being TCGs, hardware, and animal supplies.
Half of the purchases were managed by purchasing agents on @clawpumptech that shop Amazon & eBay with their trading fees, led by the success of @selfmadebySP3ND 🦞🛍️
Use SP3ND if you want to shop online with stables and without KYC.
