Exactly how is that bias? Aside from the fact that the superior court of Ontario said the law went against the charter. So now dougie is above the law.

This has never been used in Ontario before and the first time it is, is so that people can't criticize the govt. He is overriding a judge's orders because he doesn't want to face criticisms. This is NOT what the clause was supposed to be used for.
