So yesterday I completed the longest day of golf challenge.
47,000 steps. Just 25.6 miles walked. And 7,800 calories burnt.
Over £700 raised for the @TheBHF which is amazing.
First and last time I will be going to the gym for a while....didn’t see one person clean any of the equipment they had just used or one member of staff during my session 🤔 the fact we’re given the chance to get back to normality and people can’t even follow rules is beyond me!
Exceptional service from Maxine in customer services @EE when sorting out my Grandad’s phone and credit... what a lovely lovely lady 🙏🏼 certainly need more people like her in the world.
🤣 Started laughing after Zinedine Zidane made his final substitution
😴 Had a nice little nap on the bench
Gareth Bale’s shithousery at Real Madrid simply knows no bounds 😂

I'm not generally a fan of picking holes in the anomalies of #COVID guidance but it seems quite wrong to have bracketed massage and sport therapy together in the still can't open list. @TheSSTofficial members have rehab skills that are really needed right now. @MattHancock

My body this morning frankly feels like I’ve been hit by a bus. Scores of +7, +7, +8 and +9.
By far the hardest physical and mental challenge I have ever done.
On Saturday I am fundraising for British Heart Foundation by completing the longest day of golf challenge.
72 Holes of golf, 4 rounds of golf, average of 16 hours of golf. All in one day. If you can donate where possible, it would be amazing. Thank you! https://t.co/v19j5pm8oh
