@jaxjoxfitness you are unauthorized to charge my credit card for a subscription. You activated it to troubleshoot the equipment you cant fix and then started to charge me. your customer service numbers have not been in service for a long time
@jaxjoxfitness what the hell is wrong with your company? I canceled my All-In-One Studio Membership last year. Suddenly i get an unauthorized charge to my credit card for a membership. The company is incompetent and now it is apparent you are thieves, too.
The monitor of the studio takes up space and is pointless to keep it on when there appears to be no possibility to ever use the touch screen like it was intend or ever get it replaced. Anyone else think about cutting off this part or did you scrap it altogether?
Sadly, Jaxjox has repeatedly said they’d fix it and get back to me soon, yet then never do. It has been almost 1 year. Their customer care is probably the worst I’ve ever seen.

Why does changing the settings while recording make a terrible cracking & popping sound on the audio? The sound of turning the knob is not noisy, so it has to be something internal. November I reached out to you on Indiegogo & Facebook. You've never replied.
@QMicLabs 1.) why is this mic so damn wobbly when i have it in the cold shoe mount? As soon as i lower the tightening ring and get it firmly against the phone cradle stand, the entire post at the bottom of the Q-Mic is very loose. I asked you in November, Is mine defective?
