And @VCecileHCM asks what are the new rules for work?
(1) LifeWork technolgy
(2) Belonging @Work
(3) Adaptability of organization and #Workforce#UKGConnect
Employees have more options for work arrangements than ever.
And employers are NOT understanding & keeping up with what this mean or how to address it
Our assumptions about what motivates people don’t apply anymore ~ @cecilehcm
#UKGConnect
#ukgconnect The UKG merger is working - pre merger there were 400 companies who had both Kronos and Ultimate - now there are over 1600 In less than 24 months
Bringing together market leading, complementary products was a driving factor that led to the merger that created @UKGInc, according to President @chrisrtodd. #UKGConnect
In his opening remark at #UKGConnect, @chrisrtodd leads with transparency by talking about what @UKGInc has done to address log4j vulnerabilities and on-going cyber threats.
Many of America’s storied retailers were already facing big challenges. Then the pandemic arrived. It was “the straw that broke the camel’s back.” https://t.co/TgoZQvJvne
@andrewbusby@andrewbusby, this is a false comparison. A helmet protects the wearer from falling down. A fall is not contagious A face covering protects the community and economy.
@RepSteveIsrael Enjoyed the piece. Something to note: you lead by saying, “Here are the five tectonic shifts...” and then proceed to list four. Did you have a fifth?
I just went through security at @fly2ohare. It was quick and easy. Thank you to the @TSA workers - and all Federal employees - that are on the job, keeping us safe, without pay and in spite of the #shutdown. You make me proud to be an American.
If HR is the least digitally advanced department, no wonder organizations struggle to develop a digital relationship that engages, empowers and develops their employees. #digitalworkplace#digitalrelationship#employeeengagement https://t.co/2ByTBQS6oB
@fly2ohare, your shuttle service to long term parking is arguably the worst experience at any airport in the US. The busses do not have luggage racks, the drivers are dangerous (no seatbelts) and - bonus - we get to sit in traffic for the 30-min from Terminal 1.
@mollielombardi I will be at the booth much of this afternoon. Stop by if you can. Otherwise, tomorrow is pretty open if you want to find a specific time.
