Hi @cosmos , just a query re proposal #55. It mentions the airdrop of new tokens (photons) for ATOM holders, but that the airdrop "will exclude exchange validators/delegators"

If I'm delegating to a validator in cosmostation (ie staking) does that make me ineligible for photons?
