@itsBrianWallace @financedystop You’ll find the every complaint lodged against realtors on X is from the buy side, not the sell. They’re finding popcorn agents on Zillow. It’s their own fault, because they’re not interviewing or trying to hire a good agent, since they’re don’t have to pay them.

But please, don’t hire a realtor because most homes aren’t selling right now, and yours can be one of those too.
