@rcolvile @nayan9161 Although in theory you could produce more heat output by burning the gas to produce electricity and using that electricity to run heat pumps. So we could decarbonise heating even while burning gas for electricity.

@PollyBLabour Wonder if the total CO2 use for a home with air-to-air heat pump used for heating and cooling is less than one with just a gas boiler for heating. If so getting people to install the heating pump that does both heating and cooling would be a win for climate change

And there's not space for the bike to ride straight ahead if there's a car there, they need to move over into the car lane. As a cyclist you definitely have to slowdown and prepare to stop in this situation

@DarloSince1883 @boomers_rule_ok @ChaponaBike123 Yeah but what about the case where there's a car going the same direction as him and very close behind or parallel with him. He has to check if it's turning left and worry about whether it's about to left hook him.
