@greateranglia Hi Greater Anglia, I get the Stansted Express train return from Stansted Airport to Liverpool St every morning. (I live local). I was wondering if you can explain why the price of this ticket has increased by 21% over the weekend!?!?!?!? That is outrageous!

@greateranglia Wow. So, in some cases this will make prices go down, but it just so happens in my case, it has gone up 21%! Looks like a disguised massive 'price hike' to a service that has had its prices 'frozen' by the government. So these hikes are due to the @UKGovTweets ?

Awful products that don't do what they say. Horrendous customer service too. Delaying tactics by extremely slow customer service. Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. I CONSTANTLY HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND as there product simply doesn't work.

@ats_euromaster I purchased tyres/fitting on your website. The local garage are unable to supply the tyres, so I requested a refund. I've been told it will take 10 days! Not happy!

I need the mistaken extra payment refunded within 8 days as I need to pay my new mortgage provider. I can't afford to pay both of you within the same month.

I got an email from my new bank saying transfer complete. The next day; you take another payment!

I need it back! I can't afford to pay you both within this month! Not happy! 😡
