@GWRHelp I bought a flexi ticket this week via your app, getting an error RTD 18 code so not been able to load. Was told by GWR the only resolution is to request a refund via gwr refunds, i’ve done this. A 7-10 response not acceptable, it’s your fault not mine, please expedite!
