@tomgoom Yep, had sudden bouts of extreme exhaustion lasting up to 3-4hrs; this lasted for approx 72hrs. Eased over following week then back to full energy.
@AdamMeakins I'm with you re. the motivation to regain normal movement and to return to loading asap. Day 3 was worse than 2, is it poss that attempting to work towards ext on day 2 was simply too soon? It was painful 4u so "picking the scab"?. Less is more @ v.acute phase π€·ββοΈ . Keep moving π

@Colinleather1@PepperellEddie Its a good shout but for the odd exercise, from a co-ordination perspective, it's not worth it. Ed does plenty of other things to address the asymmetrical loading issue. π
