In Costa Rica for work. Literally paying off @Citi @AmericanAir rewards card daily because ridiculously low limit. Help bot doesn't work abroad? Now everywhere says card won't work #securityblock. Can't chat with a representative. Why is this card so painful to use? #rewardscard

Lol that my mom’s bag was #leftbehind by @Delta a week ago. And they #refused to give her a #reference number. Now they refuse to refund her #fees because she didn’t file the #claim fast enough, but couldn’t file the claim without the reference number.

Well @TiltaGlobal it’s been an interesting #wasteoftime. After several #falsepromises my #Khronos kits are expected in just after I leave for the third #travelprogram I needed them for. Could have put them in many hands and used them for many #films.

So @SpiritAirlines lets people bid on #SeatUpgrades now. And if they #cancel a #flight they refund the #tickets and the #BaggageFees but they keep the $ for seat upgrades? It's not a reason to cancel flights but considering how often #SpiritAirlines does, that's a lot of $

I have been thru @americanair #delays, #cancelations, and #staff with no care for #customers but 2day is the 1st time ever 4 an actual #FAA complaint. There is no excuse 4 the treatment my family has received from #AmericanAirlines, to save some $ or legitamize a strike. #Shame

#update My #family is still #stranded in #philadelphia thanks to @AmericanAir. Three #kids and a #mom are bouncing from #hotel to hotel trying to find one with available rooms. All while trying to find food at 10 at night.
