Least surprising news of the day. UNRWA is essentially a subsidiary of Hamas. Grateful to President Trump for ending US support for this disgraceful agency.
The pattern of the @washingtonpost's recent reporting has been to consistently ignore or play down the role Hezbollah plays in attacking Israel.
" In doing so, it falsely presents Israel as the aggressor, giving the Post’s audience a distorted view of the military dynamics in Lebanon," writes @soccerdhg.
🇺🇸🇮🇱 American filmmaker Quentin Tarantino refused to leave Israel during the war.
“If something happens, I’ll die as a Zionist.”
He’s married to an Israeli woman, lives in Tel Aviv with their two children, and also visited IDF soldiers when the war began.
While Canada's foreign ministry continues its one-sided criticism of Israel, the latest UN report underscores a critical reality: Hamas remains at the root of the conflict. The report documents Hamas' maiming and execution of dozens of Palestinians during the war, acts that amount to war crimes.
As the Prime Minister acknowledged last week, Canada's civic compact—where every citizen is treated equally under the same rules—is failing Jewish Canadians. That is why Canada's policies must be free of double standards and why the government must speak clearly against Hamas and all forms of terrorism, including the Palestinian Authority's ongoing "pay-for-slay" program that rewards the murder of Jews.
The government must also prioritize the safety of Canadians at home. Reports that as many as 450 individuals with roles in Hamas have documented links to Canada raise serious national security concerns that cannot be ignored.
Words matter. But confronting antizionist extremism and antisemitism requires action.

Hey @AP, your own reporting exposes the flaw in your terminology.
If Israel captured the area from Jordan in 1967, it means the territory was either previously occupied by Jordan, or its legal status is disputed - not "occupied" by Israel today.
"We’ve demonstrated that, by Oct. 14, 2023, Guardian journalists and contributors began what we described as the abuse of Oct. 7th memory: actively downplaying the mass murder, systematic rape and sexual mutilation of Israelis by Gaza terrorists, while framing the story instead as one about Israel’s putatively disproportionate response, which, within weeks, they began claiming was 'genocidal,'" writes @adamlevick.
A recent @guardian cartoon sums up this biased coverage in one image.
The UN’s permanent inquiry targeting Israel just released its latest report. It equates Israeli civilians with Hamas terrorists, relies on flawed data, and applies double standards throughout.

As I’ve warned, if Hezbollah can attack Israel and Iran can strike Israel, Bahrain, and Kuwait without paying a serious price, it’s only a matter of time before Americans are targeted.
That happened when Iran shot down a U.S. Apache helicopter near the Strait of Hormuz. Thankfully, the crew survived and was rescued.
President Trump is right to respond. But the more effective strategy is to impose—and support Israel’s right to impose—overwhelming costs on the regime in Tehran and its terror network.
The lesson: perceived weakness invites aggression. Strength restores deterrence. Escalate to de-escalate.
What a surreal scene!!!
Qatar, which spent years and billions of dollars on empowering the narratives and activities of the evil forces that wished death to America (Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood on top of the list), is now celebrating the U.S. 250th anniversary in a half-empty room and with an electronic keyboard!
I will give them that... The Qataris are really good with long-term strategic thinking. They clearly scored a point with the US Admin against Saudi Arabia and the UAE by throwing such a party.
However, they need to do a lot of real work in the right direction to reverse the serious damage they caused in the United States over the past few decades. Such expensive parties won't fix that... Only if they are truly sincere about whitewashing their international reputation.
The president has repeatedly played down Iranian ceasefire violations, but it’s hard to do that when the regime shoots down an Army helicopter. It’s also a reminder that Tehran’s negotiators are not seriously pursuing acceptable terms to end the war. https://t.co/IlHkhkRldD
For years, Israel has been vilified for “targeting journalists” in Gaza.
Now @pressfreedom has removed more names from its list after admitting said "journalist" participated in combat.
That should be a major media scandal.
Instead, the same outlets that helped spread the accusation against Israel will quietly move on to the next libel.
