Had some recent fracture manipulations with ketamine had increased difficulty for those manipulating due to increase muscle tone. Has anyone else encountered this a lot in their procedural sedation? And if so any strategies to manage it?
"My name is Nathaniel Dye, and I'm dying of cancer"

"There's a lot being said about sick notes"
"If my cancer had been caught early, I would be looking at another 30 years of economic productivity, instead, I'm staring down the barrel or early retirement and early death"

So much smearing & belittling of consultants in the press, but this, from today’s @thetimes letters page, could not have put it more beautifully.
Pls RT if you agree.
#NHS 💙
If you see this guy on TV later trying to justify why NHS staff don’t deserve a decent pay rise, I want you to remind yourself that he owns 9 separate homes.
UK astonishingly far behind on CT and MRI scanners - I get that tech isn’t everything - but can we really justify being this much of an outlier? @RestIsPolitics
🚨 | NEW: Rishi Sunak is likely to OVERRULE the independent pay review bodies as he believes their recommended rises for teachers and junior doctors are too high
- 6.5% for teachers for 2023-24
- above 6% for junior doctors, police etc

This is a scandal!
Lazy reporting/Government propaganda from the BBC again.
This poor woman has been waiting three & a half years for an operation. A four-day junior doctors’ strike is not to blame.
Where are the investigative journalists at the BBC?
