it’s was the final hours⌛️of the transfer window, and there’s a serious conversations at Crystal Palace.

The club’s owners are in shock because the manager Oliver Glasner had made it clear, if Marc Guéhi gets sold to Liverpool, he’s out. 🏃

Was he bluffing? Guéhi, meanwhile, is just sitting in nearby location 🏨 with his family & friends after doing his farewell video for the @CPFC fans, totally blindsided.

He thought he was off to live his dream, with a private jet 🛩️ ready to whisk him away for his big media 📸 duties at @LFC

But nope, the manager flexes his power, and suddenly, that dream is on hold. It’s was tense moment for everyone involved!

The club owners were 😳 at his stance & some officials believe the manager has too much power at the club.

Marc Guéhi never made a fuss about wanting to leave; he just assumed the club would let him go without any drama.

Now, Liverpool is sitting back, relaxed, thinking they can target him at a discounted price come January due to the player only having 6 months left on his contract 📄

But the fact remains they are using one definition from their list without considering any of the others which is a poor approach to a control test.

Final reminder to stop banging it long when you're set up to play short, you stretch the game so aren't set if you lose the first ball. England gave the ball away so cheaply in the second half doing this, particularly after the equaliser and it cost them for the second goal.
