@lxsmnsyc i can't get over this awful button always being visible. they just need to have a 0 chrome ui mode like arc

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@jesse_vermeulen chrome is a chromium wrapper

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@peterdpong radius mentioned

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@wyattjoh @barre_of_lube @zen_browser yeah, really sad that it seems to not implement arc's ctrl tab feature. I imagine that can be an extension so I'll probably switch to it once browser company rips arc out of my hands

My recent favorite trick to help with slop copy is adding this to AGENTS.md:
> When writing copy, please always comment directly above it # fixme: placeholder copy. This is because a human in the end is always responsible for writing the final copy, so your copy is just a placeholder

Then make sure no placeholder copy comments merge

@blue10tw @barre_of_lube yeah the mechanics around getting this license seem ridiculous to me, im sure there are complicated dynamics with streaming platforms tho

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@barre_of_lube (i think helium didn't have this for a while or still doesn't so probably not a big deal to a lot of people)

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@barre_of_lube only thing thats stopping me from trying this is:

@arcinternet 💔

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@look997_ The library was built for https://t.co/wPXdCvDi8r and https://t.co/j3HThPetF4 which already is used by lots of people

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@lxsmnsyc Is it actually good? I haven’t tried it yet since it felt a bit too vibey

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@lxe Yes, but will be adding a TUI based fallback when running in unsupported terminals

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@ATinyGreenCell If you're asking what dependencies you need in your project, only pixel and react (because UI is defined using react)

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@RandomAndroyd pixel actually already works over ssh. It sends changed pixels as base64 through the PTY and the terminal composites everything together

[Rob Pruzan @RobKnight__]

@JuicyBenjamin If you do would love to hear your feedback. If u need to support all terminals opentui is probably a better option for now (pixel depends on a terminal feature some terminals don’t implement)

Though I plan on adding a TUI fallback mode for unsupported terminals soon
