@GEICO_Service @GEICO I got hit by someone with your insurance. Your claims adjustor won't pay for OEM parts to fix my car. Getting told it has to be the lowest cost option with a refurbished part (which can take time to find). What the heck it this? I have worked with the other big companies and never been told an insurance company will pay 50 cents on the dollar to fix my car. I was told I can pay out of pocket to get the right part without having the scavenger for a replacement (save weeks of time). I thought your company was better than this?
