Wrong Seat Poker Problem! 27 left post-break. Gray beard/ponytail sits in seat 9, first hand, shoves QQ, loses to KK. Actual seat 9 (black hair & beard) returns late to an empty chair & his stack is totally gone. What is the official ruling?
