I had the opportunity to have a long, humorous and very instructive conversation with the late @CFletcherMD at a slide seminar during the congress of International Academy of Pathology.
The entire pathology community will miss him.
Plasma cell perineural inflammation, lymphoplasmacytic nodules at the juntion between reticular dermis and subcutaneous fat that is straight rather than jagged. These are some clues for morphea (localized scleroderma).
@Dr_Stambough@JMGardnerMD Endrick is no longer part of Palmeiras squad. He will join Real Madrid in July, just after playing for the Brazilian national team in the Copa America.
An unusual case of Sweet syndrome in an asymptomatic patient without fever or neutrophilia. Skin lesions appeared after trauma, a condition known as pathergy.

In his lecture on cutaneous adnexal tumors during the @SBPatologia Congress, @JMGardnerMD captivated the audience by speaking Portuguese and wearing a @Flamengo shirt. He is now part of the almost 50 million fans that make up the Scarlet-Black Nation.

Or is better to call it a "gros orteil noir"?
A question for francophones, and for #dermpath, #dermatology and #pathology lovers.
